Return & Exchange Policy

General Policy

At PrintFy 3D, we stand behind our products. However, due to the technical nature of 3D printing equipment and materials, special return conditions apply.

Product Return Conditions

3D Printers 7 days Unused, original packaging 15% if opened
Filaments 14 days Unopened, sealed packaging None if sealed
Resins 7 days Factory sealed only 25% if opened

Warranty & Defective Products

Manufacturer's Warranty

All 3D printers come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumable parts
  • Third-party modifications

Our engineers will assess the issue within 3 business days

Approved claims will receive repair, replacement, or refund

Voided Warranty: Opening printer casing or DIY repairs voids warranty

Hygiene Policy: No returns on installed components
