Important: All orders shipped exclusively through Bosta
1. Order Processing
1.1 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment verification.
Note: Processing time begins when payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2 PM EET will be processed the next business day.
1.2 Order Verification
For security purposes, we may require additional verification for:
- First-time customers
- Orders exceeding 10,000 EGP
- International shipping requests

Important Notes:
- Above rates apply to standard 3D printers/filaments only
- Oversized items (>10kg) require special quote - contact us before ordering
- Same-day delivery available in Cairo for +100 EGP (order before 11 AM)
2.2 Bosta Service Guarantees
- Delivery estimates are provided by Bosta and not guaranteed
- Signature required for all orders over 5,000 EGP
- We cannot control delays caused by Bosta operations
3. Customer Responsibilities
Address Accuracy
Customers must ensure shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for:
- Undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses
- Additional shipping fees for address corrections
- Lost packages due to recipient-provided errors
Delivery Acceptance
By placing an order, you authorize:
- Delivery personnel to leave packages without signature
- Neighbors or building staff to accept delivery
Important: Inspect packages immediately upon delivery. Report any damage within 24 hours to support@printfy3d.com
4. Damages & Loss Claims
Damage During Transit
- Refuse delivery and note "Damaged" on receipt
- Take photos of packaging and contents
- Email evidence to claims@printfy3d.com within 48 hours
Lost Packages
- Initiate trace procedures after 10 business days
- Claims may take 15-30 days to resolve
- No refunds until investigation completes
Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees and return shipping costs
