1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the PrintFy 3D website at www.printfy3d.com (“Site”) or our 3D printing services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

2. Description of Services

PrintFy 3D offers the following services:

• Sale of 3D printers and related equipment
• 3D printing materials (filaments, resins, etc.)
• Custom 3D printing services
• Technical support and maintenance
• Consulting and training on 3D printing technologies

3. User Obligations

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal purpose
• Upload copyrighted or harmful 3D models without authorization
• Reverse engineer our products or services
• Interfere with Site operations or servers
• Use automated data extraction tools
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Post abusive or defamatory content

4. Orders & Payments

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

4.2 Pricing

Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa and MasterCard
• Bank transfers
• Cash on delivery (local orders)
• Approved e-wallets

4.4 Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation upon placing an order. Confirmation does not constitute final acceptance.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Policy

Delivery times are estimates only. We ship within Egypt as follows:

• Cairo & Giza: 3–5 business days
• Other governorates: 5–10 business days
• Express shipping: available in select areas

5.2 Shipping Fees

Fees are based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Fees are displayed before checkout.

5.3 Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk transfer to you when the carrier takes possession of the products.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Defective Products

You may return defective products within 14 days of receipt. Contact us at support@printfy3d.com to initiate a return.

6.2 Non-Defective Returns

Non-opened, unused products may be returned within 7 days at your expense. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

6.3 Custom Prints

Custom printed products are non-refundable except for manufacturing defects.

6.4 Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All Site content (logos, text, graphics, designs) is owned by us and protected by copyright laws.

7.2 Your Models

You retain ownership of any 3D models you upload. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to use them solely to provide Services.

7.3 Copyright Claims

We respect intellectual property. Send DMCA notices to legal@printfy3d.com.

7.4 Warranties

You warrant you have all rights necessary to use any models you submit.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

8.1 “As Is” Service

We provide Services “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes will be resolved in Cairo courts.

We aim to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We will post significant updates on the Site and may notify registered users by email.

11. Additional Provisions

11.1 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.

11.2 Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
